When is it "pick-perfect"?

Apples are ready to harvest when they are firm, crisp, and fully colored. Different varieties ripen at different times, typically in late summer to fall.

How to Harvest:

  • Gently twist the apple upwards and give it a slight twist.

  • The apple should detach easily from the tree.

Storage:

  • Store apples in a cool, dry place or refrigerate them to extend their shelf life.

  • Keep apples away from other fruits and vegetables that emit ethylene gas, as this can accelerate ripening.
