When is it "pick-perfect"?

Harvest blackberries when they are fully black and easily detach from the plant with a gentle tug. They should be plump, firm, and evenly colored.

How to Harvest:

  • Choose berries that are fully black and ripe.

  • Gently grasp each berry between your fingers.

  • Give a slight tug to detach it from the stem.

  • Place harvested berries into a container, being careful not to crush them.

Storage:

  • Store freshly picked blackberries in a shallow container in the refrigerator.

  • Use them within 2-3 days for optimal freshness, or freeze them for longer storage.
