When is it "pick-perfect"?
Harvest broccoli when the main head is tight, dark green, and firm, typically about 60-90 days after planting depending on the variety and growing conditions.

How to Harvest:
-
Cut the main broccoli head just above the node where the stalks meet the main stem.
-
Harvest before the flowers start to bloom to ensure the best flavor and texture.
Storage:
-
Store broccoli in the refrigerator in a plastic bag or wrapped in a damp towel to keep it crisp.
-
Fresh broccoli can be kept for about 3-5 days in the refrigerator.
