When is it "pick-perfect"?
Harvest tomatoes when they are fully ripe and have developed their characteristic color (red, yellow, orange, etc.). They should be firm but yield slightly to gentle pressure.

How to Harvest:
-
Hold the tomato gently but firmly near the stem.
-
Twist it slightly and pull upwards to detach it from the vine. Tomatoes should come off easily when fully ripe.
Storage:
-
Store freshly harvested tomatoes at room temperature away from direct sunlight. Use them within a few days for the best flavor and texture.
